The Benifits of Sprouts

Let's go on a sprouting journey today.......
Its amazing how mother nature has provided us with all the essentials for living a healthy lifestyle, however we fail to see its true beauty. Sprouts are one of the most nutritious forms of healthy eating.
There are many ways of introducing sprouts to your diet. One good example is through an organic supplement known as Greenzymes, which is barley grass. Another form is drinking fresh wheatgrass that you can find at your local smoothie/organic cafe's or even at Jamba Juice. Then the most inexpensive solution is to grow sprouts on your own. It is not that difficult but does take dedication and a few days of patience. Youtube has some excellent videos on sprouting but I found this video to be very original and affordable. Has anyone tried sprouting on their own? I would love to hear your experiences.
